The Peugeot 605 was a series of mid-size cars introduced for the 1990 model year. The 605 was the successor to the Peugeot 604, and was built on the same front wheel drive platform as the Citroën XM. A range of naturally aspirated or turbocharged inline four engines, as well as a few V6 engine options were available. In 1995, the 605 received a facelift which would see the model through to the end of production in 1999.
