The Pierce-Arrow Model 36 was a series of cars introduced in 1927 that were the successors to the Model 33. The Model 36 was Pierce-Arrow's top offering, and was available in various body styles such as coupe, sedan, runabout, and limousine. This family of cars was powered by a 6.8L inline six engine that sent its 100hp to the rear wheels through a 3 speed manual transmission. Production of the Pierce-Arrow Model 36 ended in 1928, when it was replaced by the Pierce-Arrow Eight.
