The Pierce-Arrow Model 38 was a series of luxury cars introduced in 1913. The Model 38 replaced the Pierce-Arrow 36HP, and was offered in a range of open and closed body styles that included sedan, tourer, brougham, and runabout. These cars were powered by a 6.8L inline six engine that generated 72hp, which sent power to the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. Production of the Pierce-Arrow Model 38 lasted until 1918, when the Pierce-Arrow Model 31 was introduced.
