The sixth generation Plymouth Belvedere was introduced for the 1965 model year. The sixth generation Belvedere was available as a sedan, coupe, and station wagon, and was fitted with a range of inline six and V8 engines. The Belvedere range was divided into I, II, and Satellite trim levels. The sixth generation Belvedere was in production until 1967, when it was replaced by the Seventh Generation Plymouth Belvedere.
