During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s the Porsche 944 was no stanger to the track, just like any other modelsfrom the German brand. The 944’s were present not only in their well-known Turbo Cup but also in higher divisions such as GTR, IMSA GTO, Trans-Am, GTP and other different series around the globe. Depending on the regulations of the racing series, different engines would be used; but they were able to make 575BHP out of the 2.5L Turbo engine.
