The Renault Novaquatre was a series of mid-size four door sedans that were introduced in 1937. The Novaquatre was created to be an entry level version of the Renault Primaquatre. Over the course of production, two inline four engines were used. From 1937 until 1939, a 2383cc unit was fitted, but from 1939, a smaller 1813cc engine was used. Production of the Renault Novaquatre continued until 1940, when the outbreak of WW2 ceased commercial operations.
