Rover 200 (1984 to 2005)

The Rover 200 is a series of cars built from 1984 to 2005. It was the successor to the Rover Metro. They were compact family automobiles that were built in a range of two or four-door body styles. These cars were equipped with inline-four cylinder gasoline or diesel engines that were paired with manual or automatic transmissions. Other variants of the 200 series were the 25 (1999-2005) and the "Streetwise" (2003-2005). When Rover ran into financial difficulties in 2005, production was immediately halted.
