Saab 900 Turbo - Classic Generation (1979 to 1994)

The Saab 900 Turbo was a variant of the Classic Generation Saab 900 that debuted for the 1979 model year. The Turbo, which was built in coupe, convertible, and sedan body styles, featured a range of turbocharged engines that powered the front wheels. Over the course of production, a variety of 8-valve and 16-valve turbocharged engines were used, ranging in output, and with low pressure turbos or full pressure turbos. Both manual and automatic transmissions were available on the 900 Turbo, which was built until 1994.
