Studebaker Champion - 3rd Gen (1947 to 1952)

The third generation of Studebaker Champion debuted for the 1947 model year. This updated generation of Champion saw the model undergo restyling, while adding a convertible body style alongside sedan and coupe options. Power came from a 2.8L inline six engine that was mated to an automatic or manual transmission, and trim was available in standard or Deluxe. Production of the third generation Champion lasted until 1952, when the model was replaced by the Fourth Generation Studebaker Champion.
