Triumph TR4 - Race Cars (1961 to 1967)

The TR4’s are no strangers to racing circuits and extreme competition, after several victories back in the 60’s. Sebring seemed to be a good fit for the new Triumph model when it won it’s class at the 1961 edition; later it would win again in 1963 but this time securing the 3 steps of the podium in the 2.5 GT class. In addition they took the E production national championship in 1962, D production class title in 1963, 1964 and SCCA D modified in 1965. The TR4’s helped launch many famous names in motorsport such as Bob Tullius, Kas Kastner and Charlie Gates.
