What’s special about this listing
This stunning Suede Green XK120SE Roadster was the summer ride for a musician from the Boston Symphony Orchestra. It had a special parking spot at Tanglewood here in Lenox, and when the season was over, the XK120 was stored until next summer. When the owner could no longer use the car it was sold to us for some needed repairs and service, to make it a reliable and beautiful Berkshire entertainment device. Ideal for those shorter than 5' 10" tall, it is a small passenger compartment with a large steering wheel and the desire to go faster!
This car was restored a long time ago and has some appearance flaws from the years of use, but mechanically it is a solid and great car with excellent mechanicals. Records of the work performed over the years, and recently by us, are available, but a visit to the Berkshires and an inspection in our showroom would be the best way to know if this car is the right one for you.
Extra improvements include an later MC head from an XK140, Aluminum radiator with auxiliary fan, Electronic ignition and a gear reduction starter for reliability. The Front Disc brakes and Halogen Headlights add safety to enjoy the extra performance capabilities. Give us a call to discuss this wonderful car and to answer any questions.
