What’s special about this listing

Great project car. 1962 Mk2 Austin Healey Sprite. At some point it has had an engine swap from a 1098cc to a 1275cc.

The engine runs well and has a number of upgrades. It has a Weber downdraft carburettor, new header, water pump, distributer, and fuel pump.

Until recently it was on the road running well but has recently had a differential issue that is yet to be diagnosed. The prop shaft is receiving power but very limited torque is reaching the wheels. This along with some needed TLC to the body work make this a good project car for anyone wanting a car that already has a number of good parts on it.

Roof and tonneau cover included as well as original side curtains. Additionally have the original wheels as well as the minilite's on the car. Also have the original seat cushions and the ones in the car with reduced cushioning for taller drivers.
