Unavailable in 1964, a complete front disc brake package was installed using 1965 parts obtained from Lincoln Land. New door and trunk seals prevent water ingress. LED conversions for brighter head and taillights assure safe night-time driving. None of these modernizations disturbs the original look and elegance of the vehicle.

The black vinyl convertible top was recently inspected and fine-tuned by John Cashman, recognized as a treasure to the 1960’s era Lincoln community. John ensured that the convertible top and other mechanisms work as they should and added the amenity of a remote power fob to articulate the convertible top, and this vehicle sports his signature on the deck lid.

A unique example of exterior appeal, the vehicle’s paint shows no bubbles or rust. The original white exterior and the beautiful red interior, with Lincoln’s classic wood door inserts, creates a head-turning and timeless combination. The brightwork is also in very good condition for its age. The original under coating is largely intact except for areas of minor surface rust underneath car. The 15” steel wheels were replaced, and mounted with newer “factory spec width” whitewall tires and period-correct factory wheel covers.

All interior comforts and driver conveniences are intact and operable, such as the power front seat, power steering, power windows, left and right-side mirrors, fold-down arm rests, courtesy lights, and heat and air conditioning. The graceful sweeping dash is enhanced with a Dakota digital dash, and the AM/FM radio has been modernized - updated with an Aurora Bluetooth integration pushing new speakers while retaining their original styling and faceplates.
