Top-End Motors Inc is proud to list this unique VW Beetle on consignment. The project started back in 2016 by two best friends, Jeff & Mike (see image of both cars attached). Jeff just finished his 1968 VW bug, and Mike said I want one too. So the hunt began for a project car. We located a couple of vehicles in the Pacific Northwest, and settled on the ragtop. This was a true project car, as the engine was missing but we knew the plan was for a Powerhaus brand new complete engine pushing 180hp. The original paint was Sea Blue paint code L360, it was decided to stay with the original color but all the trim would be black, including the wheels. The idea was to create a fun to drive VW with a non traditional look. The next step was the interior and once again the idea was to not be a traditional VW interior. We worked with TMI Interiors with a combination of some earth tones to soften up the interior, the oatmeal square weave really brightened up the interior and of course the black accents we carried into the interior. The car was built to drive and be just a little different than every other VW out there. Highlights of this Custom Beetle are four wheel disc brakes, Powerhaus 2332 cc engine with Two 44 Webber carburetors, custom shifter with tight shift pattern and a Ground Zero custom audio system.
