What’s special about this listing

The car was purchased in 1971 from Germany. I am the second owner. The vehicle is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The engine runs smooth and strong and this car can easily keep up with modern traffic. There are no major issues of any kind. There's there's a very small amount of rust on the right edge of the rear wheel well bottom. The driver seat outer bolster shows wear. The rear parcel shelf is bleached out from the sun. The car was maintained by the same master mechanic for the last 20 years and I have spared no expense whatsoever. I've always used exclusively OEM parts. The oil was changed every 5000 km and the transmission oil once a year without exception. Last month I installed a new windshield and gasket as there was a small pinhole in the original. I've also installed four authentic pattern Michelin X radial tires that match the original tires that the vehicle was delivered with. This is an excellent reliable driver that could easily be turned into a concourse car.
