From his work in the founding of the legendary Thunder Road International Speedbowl and New England Auto Racing Hall of Fame, to building and owning race cars, working as a technical inspector at Thunder Road and Northeastern Speedway and ultimately serving on the board of directors for the New England Race Museum, Lloyd spent decades involved in the New England racing scene.
