1967 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL CONVERTIBLE
The Lincoln Continental is a series of mid-sized and full-sized luxury cars produced between 1939 and 2020 by Lincoln, a division of the American automaker Ford. In 1961, Lincoln introduced the fourth generation what is probably the most iconic Continental ever made. It became one of the best-known luxury cars in America and won the Car Life's Engineering Excellence Award.

An enduring American icon, this Continental has never been involved in an accident and remains remarkably original throughout, aside from a few areas that have been repainted over the years. It shows in good condition overall, retaining timeless elegance, commanding presence, and distinctive character that have made these Continental convertibles desirable among collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Purchased new from Antietam Motors, Inc. of Hagerstown, Maryland, this elegant motorcar has traveled fewer than 66,500 miles since new and has remained within the same ownership for the past 43 years. This Lincoln is accompanied by its original factory invoice, documenting a highly desirable list of factory-equipped options, including power vent windows, six-way power seats, and a tilt steering wheel. Also included in the sale are all the car’s original books.

The car runs and drives as a proper driver-quality example should, offering style, comfort, and unmistakable 1960s luxury. The original interior and the paint show well overall, but as expected for a very original driver, it does have some small imperfections. These minor flaws do not take away from the car’s overall appeal and are consistent with an honest, well-preserved example.
