1967 Volkswagen Beetle

1967 VW Beetle
I have for sale my dad’s 1967 vw beetle.
It is in original condition and this was his daily driver since he bought it in the mid 1970’s. It has 79,583 original miles!
In the 1980’s the 1500 engine threw a rod and wasn’t repairable. My dad, a top Vw tech, replaced the engine with a 1966 1300 that got a complete rebuild.
Dad passed in 1997 and the car sat in a garage until I resurrected it in 2014, with new brake system with disc up front. Fuel tank and lines, and drove it when I could. It has had some bodywork on / near Lt Rr fender at some point, headliner has a few rips, seat has rip on seat cover. I switched seats Lt to Rt.

In 2023 I was going to give it to my daughter. So I went through it & freshened it up for her.
Fresh top end with valve job, clutch, front end, alignment, tires, battery & charging system. I am a 40 yr ASE Certified Master Tech. & shop owner.
My daughter couldn’t drive it, and it sits in the garage. It was in our 2026 4th of July parade last week. It took a trophy at a car show last year. Dad was a beetle guy, had Many! Also he had parts - new floor pans, 2 sets of heater channels, generators, body parts etc. . Drives as it should. $12,500.00 take it all.
