What’s special about this listing
Get ready for summer cruising! Up for sale is my 1968 GS 400, beautifully finished in its original Teal Blue Mist. It’s an older restoration, but still shows very well, as you’ll see in the photos. The paint has a few small chips and scratches—exactly what you’d expect from a clean, driver-quality classic—and a couple of minor bubbles also shown in the pics. The vinyl roof is perfect, and the interior is in excellent condition.
This car isn’t just good-looking—it's a blast to drive. With only 34,500 miles on the chassis and about 5,000 miles on the Blueprint 383 stroker (installed new in 2022), it has plenty of fresh power. The engine alone was a $9,500 investment and is paired with Holley Sniper EFI and a TH-400 transmission. It dynoed at 452 hp and 504 lb-ft, making it an ideal summer fun machine with modern reliability. The heater works but is currently not hooked up to the water pump.
I have extensive service records going back to the early ’90s. The frame is in excellent shape, and the car is truly a solid, enjoyable driver. Located in eastern PA with a clean PA title in hand.
If you have questions or want to see anything specific, I’m happy to get more pics. No trades.
