1968 Jeep CJ-5

This is a frame off restoration 90% complete. Ready for paint interior color and material. The frame was reinforced with metal plates welded in known "weak points". The suspension is new with 3" lift . 4 wheel disc brakes 11" front / dual piston and 10" rear .New master cylinder and lines. 33x12.50x15 wheels& tires.front differential ,steering knuckes and all steering components new. Warn locking hubs. Transmission ,transfer case and rear differential rebuilt. 225 v6 rebuilt with aftermarket cam and lifters, hei ignition, weber red line carburator and chrome headers. Painless wireing harness new guages clock, tac,oil and water.speedo and batt.windshield wipers and motor. New tub with undercoating and spray on bedliner applied to the interior surfaces. The motor was run for 30 min to break in the cam. . New electric power steering. .The stock heater needs some work before installation. Stock half doors and seats Top of the line led headlights tail lights blinkers control steering wheel.tail,gate chain and hardware,gas tank,body bushings .Front fenders flares, rear flares not installed.The hood needs some work before paint.New chrome bumpers. Some minor adjustments needed before it is ready for the road. This is a perfect project that needs the new owner to put their personal touch to it. This is basically a new 1968 jeep ready for the finishing toutches.
