1968 Mercedes-Benz 280S

All original 1968 Mercedes 280S (W108) with 67,117 original miles. Dark Green exterior original paint that shows well. Hood has one small area (about the size of a half dollar) that has been touched up. Tan leather interior in pristine condition. A/C, PW, Automatic with 2.8L in-line 6 cylinder with dual carburetors. Original Zenith carburetors replaced with Weber carburetors which is the only modification made to the car. All the aluminum trim is in excellent shape. Chrome bumpers are in excellent condition with no pitting, flaking or rust. All glass is flawless. Wood dash and window trim is in excellent condition. Dash does have two small dash cracks due to age. Undercarriage is original and solid with no rust or any need of repair. Exhaust is good with no leaks. All gauges with exception of fuel gauge operate. Original jack, spare tire and tool kit included along with all service records. This car is 56 years old and was originally purchased in Dallas Texas from Van Winkle Motors and shipped to the original buyer in Atlanta, Georgia. In the early 70's he moved to Brentwood, TN and the car remained in TN until brought to KY in 2015 where it has remained with the current owner. Accident free car.
