What’s special about this listing

We are excited to offer on behalf of one of our customers, this fantastic 1969 Porsche 911E Coupe!

For many years, 2shores has been offering selected and unique collectible automobiles from private ownership. This original paint 911E Coupe is one of those rare offerings!

History:
For model year 1969, the displacement of all 911 engines remained with the well known and developed 2.0l flat six engine. The major change for the model year 1969 was the slightly lengthened wheel base. It moved the rear wheels on all 911 and 912 models 57 mm back, increasing the wheelbase from 2,211 to 2,268 mm (87.0 to 89.3 in) to remedy the car’s nervous handling at high speeds. Also, this was the first year for the fuel injection to arrive in the 911. Both the 911S and a new middle model, the 911E were fitted with a Bosch mechanical fuel injection system.
