The vehicle has never been "garage kept" because it was purchased to be a working vehicle plowing the snow in my driveway since i live in the foothills west of Denver. Once I drove it home from the sale and took it in for a mechanic to look it over it never went on the street again.
It has significant rust damage and the right rear damage after it slid into a stone wall during a heavy snowfall. It has never failed to start through the 46 years I have owned it no matter how cold it got at 7600 feet above sea level. Now that I am about to go into an Over 55 community, it will no longer be needed by me.
The engine, wheels, hubcaps, manuals are all original to the vehicle to the best of my knowledge. I did buy it used from a private person.
The raggedy looking seat covers were made by a friend of mine out of denim. The plow is part of the sale and has hydraulics connected to the vehicle. Since I only drive it during snow days, I added a cutoff switch onto the battery to preserve battery life.
This vehicle runs and runs. It may not be a pretty girl anymore but she will clean your driveway.
