About this 1974 Innocenti Mini Minor MKIII

VIN: 791847

Details

This 1974 Innocenti Mini Mk. III is powered by a 998cc inline four engine that sends its power to the front wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. The car is painted a brilliant shade of blue with white stripes. The interior upholstery is a dark shade of beige and nicely compliments the paint job. This Mini is equipped with aftermarket hubcaps, side windows that tilt open, and fog lamps. This car is currently located in Watchung, New Jersey.

Detailed photographs and a third-party inspection show a cared-for Mini example. The exterior shows well overall, with only minor flaws. Some bubbling in an isolated spot can be seen on the roof. As well, there is some chipping paint on the front of the vehicle, around the grille. The body is in good condition for its age, but a light dent on the right rear was reported in the inspection. The interior appears to have been replaced recently and shows very well. The upholstery still appears supple and free of wear. The inspection reveals a good running and driving car. The next owner will want to replace the tires soon. Included in the sale of this vehicle are two ignition keys, a full-size spare, and a jack.

About the model

Released in 1974, the Mini MKIII by Innocenti was a much-loved design that was used by several European manufacturers. At this time, Innocenti was owned by the British Leyland company. This version by the Italian company featured two different inline four-cylinder engines and a four-speed manual transmission. The Innocenti variant of the Mini would live on in some markets until 1993, after it was given a more modern body style and even diesel and turbocharged engines.
