Powered by its original 225ci Slant Six paired with a TorqueFlite automatic transmission, the odometer shows 72,852 miles, which are believed to be original. The engine has recently been serviced with new engine gaskets throughout, a new oil pump, fresh oil change, new belts, brake service, and a new battery, making it a dependable classic thats ready to be enjoyed. The factory blue interior is in very nice condition and features the original blue two-spoke steering wheel, blue door panels with woodgrain inserts, blue carpet, blue headliner, and blue dashboard. The instrument cluster includes the factory alternator, temperature, and fuel gauges. The original radio has been removed and replaced with a factory block-off plate, although a pair of Jensen speakers remain installed and have not been tested. This Dart retains several desirable factory features including front power disc brakes, body side moldings, wheel lip moldings, drip rail moldings, and the original blue painted dog dish wheels wrapped in new tires installed in 2023. The exterior is an honest survivor. The body is solid overall with rust confined to the lower portions of the quarter panels, while the remainder of the car presents as a solid foundation. The car is equipped with Dart Swinger hood and quarter-panel emblems, giving it the sporty Swinger appearance, though it was not originally built as a Swinger model. It also wears a period-style Mr. Norms Dodge decal on the rear. Originally equipped with factory air conditioning, the A/C compressor has been removed, although the factory vents and controls remain in place.
