The body is completely rust free and solid, sporting new fenders, inner/outer bed quarter panels, tail gate, rubber body mounts. and spray-in bedliner. The truck was recently painted in "Audi" Arrow Grey Perl (Basecoat/ Glamour Clearcoat), with Satin Black accents. The body lines are good, but could be improved. The quality of the paint is very good, but not showroom. The undercoat, frame, inner fenders, radiator support, axles are painted in black POR-15.

Interior: Completely refurbished with full interior cab sprayed in lizard skin ceramic insulation followed by Arrow Grey 2 stage paint. New door/window seals, front windshield, bucket bench seats, dash trim, radio and speakers, headliner, sound deadening floor, carpet, (Ididit) tilt steering column, Dakota digital RTX dash with remote programable electric fan controller, heater core, levers, latches, locks, and LED interior headlamp. The (ONLY) factory original equipment includes: seat belts and bolts, windshield wiper motor, door glass and rear siding glass window.

Electrical: New American Auto Classic wire harness with LED front headlamps featuring amber halo turn signals, LED markers, new brake lamps, rear turn signals, and lenses throughout. All wiring is routed with precision and wrapped with automotive grade protectant. The wiring harness box and diagram, to include installation notes. come with the truck.

Engine: 416 FE Stroker (483 HP/525 #Ft Trq) with Dyno video and Sheet. The block was machined on a 5 Axis CNC Mill, and is equipped with a Scat rotating assembly (4.080 Bore/3.98 Stroke) forged pistons, forged H-Beam Rods, ARP Rod bolts, and Mahle race bearings. Edelbrock RPM cylinder heads, Custom Hydraulic Roller Cam with Harland Sharp Shaft mounted rockers. Holey Sniper delivers the fuel, and controls timing through a Hyperspark distributor with MSD 6AL CD Box. All ignition timing wiring is incased/routed through RFI Shielded wire to prevent RFI interference under the hood. Custom ordered Sanderson Headers are ceramic coated and wrapped; CVF Serpentine belt drive, Milodon 8qt Off road oil pan, and so on...Ordered as a ready to run crate engine, with accessories: $18,500 delivered.

Transmission: Tremmec TKX 5 Speed, QuickTime Bell housing, McCloud Racing Clutches with Hydraulic throw out bearing. Custom offset dow pins brought the transmission into .002" centerline and the warranty carries over to the buyer. Action Machine Driveline connects a freshly rebuilt Divorced NP205 gear driven transfer case. Additional modifications include JB Fabrication Stainless Steel Shift rails, Adjustable ball detents. The JB Fab cable 4X4 linkage assembly provides crisp and reliable control of the Twin Stick 4X4 system in the cab (this setup is 2WD Low range capable). A custom steel transfer case mount maintains a consistent -.25 degree pinion angle (3.25 *)from the engine angle (3.5*), and is bombproof. This setup is vibration free throughout the entire RMP range and offers minimal parasitic hp loss.

Axles: Original Dana 44 Front housing was completely rebuilt, new races, bearings, disk brakes, calipers with Yukon Grizzly Locker in 4.56 Gear ratio; featuring Cast Iron Differential Cover, with upgrade 1350 U Joint. The Dana 60 rear axle received all the same goodies as the front, but with an additional upgrade of Chrome Moly inner axles and new drum brakes, pad, springs, cables. Custom ordered CNC Milled Leaf spring blocks in the back bring the pinion angle to spec, and sets the ride height back to the original High-Boy level.

Suspension: New Alcan custom leaf springs, with new gas shocks at all 4 corners. Bench work power steering system with pitman arm and heavy duty draglink replaced the old/leaky power ram system. A performance Steering Company High Capacity remote revisor with overpressure valve keeps things nice and cool.

Brakes: New Brake booster, Master Cylinder, lines, etc.. Its all new

Other notables: 4 Core aluminum radiator, with stainless overflow; the stinky in cab gas-tank was replaced with a new 32 gallon fuel cell that rides between the 27" frame rail behind the rear axle. Inside a Holley electric fuel pump rated to 550 EFI HP with Hydromat pick up resides. Cool-it 10 Micron fuel filter; Manually adjustable Fuel Pressure regulator with gauge mounted on firewall; New torque-master starter; wired in dual batteries for increased cranking amps; 130 Amp single wire alternator; heavy duty front/rear bumper; Custom mounted truck steps, Custom 3" Dual Exhaust with wrapped H pipe.

Every bolt, belt, hose is brand new on this truck, down to the lug nuts.
