1977 Oldsmobile Omega SX

I ordered this car in 1977. I am the original owner of this car. I am also the third owner of this car. I bought it back from a family member after missing it deeply for about a year. The almost 36,000 miles are original. I ordered the car with radio delete, positive traction, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, anti sway bar, cruise control, etc. It came with a Chevy 305 V8 motor. At 33,000 miles I had to have the engine rebuilt because the factory weld, in the fifth cylinder let loose and lost its compression. While having the motor rebuilt, I replaced the often troublesome THM 200 transmission with a 600 transmission. I drive the car twice a month, so it gets its proper exercise. The only thing that I know that is wrong with the car is, both rear quarters have surface rust. The pictures show what I am talking about. I want the new owner to know what the car looks like, not hidden by a paint job. The car is mostly original, but it has a four barrel now instead of a two barrel and headers into twin tailpipes out the rear. Since the motor was being rebuilt, it also has a mild Cam with a stall kit. I guess that’s about it. It’s a nice, mostly original, rarish Oldsmobile Omega SX that I would put at an 8 on condition and shape for a nearly 50-year-old car. The first two years the car was a daily driver, mostly. Since then, it has only been driven on select, nice days. It is not driven in salt nor snow and I have rarely been caught out in the rain. Also, I would prefer not to sell to a dealer-no offense. I don’t really care for these dealerships buying up all these classic cars and them sitting around in their showrooms and raising the price of classic cars. But maybe that’s just me. Obviously, I would prefer to sell to an individual, that would be my first preference. So maybe you can help me out?
