1979 Jeep CJ-5

This is a 1979 Jeep CJ-5 in very original condition. I purchased it as part of an estate sale where it was stored in a barn. I knew the prior owner who cared for the vehicle and really only drove it to shows. I just had the vehicle serviced and had completely new brakes including the master cylinder installed and had to replace the column lock and keys as it came without keys when I purchased it. I drove it home from the shop and expect at some point the carburetor will need some work or replaced as it doesn't idle well once warmed up. The steering has a few inches of play in it but everything else seems to work. Very little if any rust is on the vehicle and it is always stored inside. I haven't even washed the barn dirt off of the Jeep. I'm unsure of the mileage but don't believe the odometer has been messed with and doubt it has only the 2000 miles listed.

This vehicle is a very drivable survivor.
