1979 Yamaha XS650 Special

Appears to be an original 2000 mile motorcycle. Paint is excellent and original. Starts, runs and rides out as it should. It is very clean with no leaks. It does have a seeping petcock on the right side that causes the smell of gas to be noticed. No visible leaks and it doesnt flood the engine as it starts up easily with electric starter or kick. It has single front and rear disc brakes. Front tubes are dry with no shock oil seepage. Tires are in excellent condition as well. It has lifetime washable K&N performance air filters. Chrome is in great condition as is the vinyl seal. The rear foot pegs have been removed and are not included. The brake and clutch levers have some peeling paint and the left mirror has a crack. A very attractive Japanese take on classic British styling with great reliability and easy fun factor.
