1986 AMC Eagle was our father/son high school project. That was a decade ago. She now sits under a cover and needs a new home. Many mechanical upgrades including steel timing gears and new chain, water pump, dual core radiator, full suspension, aluminum valve cover, heater core, and a set of new tires last year. She runs like a top, no engine issues. The previous owner painted it, like I said well over a decade ago now, and some peeling and cracking is evident on the roof, please see pictures. She is a very unique example of an Eagle as she has a 5 speed manual transmission. I've only seen manual on the SX-4, but that's just me. Her grill is also unique, never seen one like what she wears. The gauge cluster at the shifter location is complete and everything works including the clock. All power windows work, some slower than others. She also has the matching hatch cover for the interior to keep your valuables out of site. Yes, that works as well. I have an after market carb and ignition set up I never installed. Supposed to get you all sorts of better performance. I also have many misc parts including two front seats in prime condition along with the OEM mechanical book on the car. I know I am forgetting some stuff as time gets away, but shes a solid platform without any of the typical Eagle rust issues and would make somebody an awesome project. A trailer would be the right way to pick her up as she's been sitting for years, I only drive her to the gas station and then home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and I will do my best to answer up what I can. Thanks for looking!
