1987 BMW 635 CSi

This is a 635 CSi from the 2nd series of the E24-platform. Perhaps the best driving, most reliable and greatest looking of the three series of E24 6-series. It shares it's underpinnings with the E28 5-series and was a very advanced car for it's time. This very car was sold new in Switzerland, a haven for quality (vintage) cars. It was sold in timeless 146 Alpinweiß over Black leather. Luckily it's a 5-speed manual, it has an electric sunroof, green tinted glass, Onboard computer, cruise control, limited slip differential and M-Tech steering wheel.

We have recently discovered this car in Germany where it was properly looked after in recent years - Serviced by BMW dealerhip. What we have today is a very original, correct, straight and solid BMW 635 CSi. Not a car that's been restored, lowered, raced or abused. The chrome on the bumpers looks excellent and the trim on the car is of a very high level. Nice, clear headlights and taillights. Trim around the windows in good condition and a nice body with great panelgaps, straight and beautiful paint.

The interior is very original - a true survivor. A nice, crack-free dashboard, original centerconsole and doorpanels. Nice clean carpets, nice headliner and beautiful original black leather. It's still supple and clean. The M-Tech steering wheel is great to hold and to look at, the onboard computer is a cool 80's gadget and the cruise control works as should. The trunk of the car is clean and original, the mat is present and the set of tools is complete.

In 2019 at 92.000 kilometers the car received a new windshield, a new cylinderhead gasket, valve cover gasket, valve adjustment, full service, coolant hoses, waterpump, thermostat, fuel hoses and more. The transmission was removed to replace the rear engine seal and a new guibo/Flex disc was installed. Major maintenance! At 90.000 kilometers it received new tyres, new front control arms.

This car drives and handles beautiful and is a joy to drive.
