*This vehicle DOES NOT FALL WITHIN THE SNAP RING ISSUE- it's on its second clutch and its second timing belt, updated fuel pump/ 2nd water pump/ new expansion tank(and cap) and thermostat/ main fuse replace, Fuel pump regulator replaced, both window regulators replaced, All hoses replaced, new clutch master and slave replaced, brake light switch replaced fuel filter, and in extremely sound and original condition.
Tachometer will red line 8,000 RPM
* If you are still reading and, in my opinion, this is one of the finest examples of an original and unadulterated 1991 available.(no carbon fiber bolt on parts, original Bose Stereo updated, original rims)
As I have stated this was my daily driver for 2 decades , and meticulously cared for. We have owned it almost 3 decades.
Over the years I would drive this car to my office, and at the time was 28 miles from my home. No matter what madness happened during the day, it was always stress relief on the drive home. The smoothness of the ride, not to mention the flawless and seemingly endless acceleration.
And anyone who has ever owned an NSX can speak to the narcotic sounds roaring from behind the cabin. As I've explained it, over the years this is closest thing to driving a Formula One car most will ever experience.
passengers of mine over the years have said, "YES SHE HAS LEGS!" or " Dave this thing swallows up roads!
The downside is the North Carolina Highway Patrol, who would stop me from time to time and kindly remind me to slow down.(55 mph in first gear) Then I'd get an official invitation to something called traffic court, maybe you've heard of it? Another downside are the random kids in their tuned cars wishing to race, bless their baby hearts. And from to time I'd come out of the market and a small crowd would be gathered around the car taking photos(usually very nice people).

***ADDEMDUM**
The NSX or NA1 has certain things one should look for - the numbers on the Transmisson one must look for are: JA4A-100354# -JA4A-100597#- for snap ring issues. This issue CANNOT be determined by the VIN of the NS-1.
* The inside of the rear rims contain number plate designations that correspond with the VIN that indicate their originality. While and not withstanding these inconsistent issues WILL not affect your fun, they will affect your resale value.
And finally, this is the model that beat Ferrari and Porsche on the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 1990 @ 8 minutes 17 seconds.
