It has been serviced by the same local mechanic since before 2000. It was purchased in San Diego and has been garaged there ever since. While the vehicle runs and drives, it needs tires replaced - good tread but expired by date - and the brakes recently started sticking and heating up after a few miles - they will need repair before it can be driven extensively.
