1993 Ford Escort (Europe) RS Cosworth Lux

This is a very rare Ford RS Cosworth imported from Spain. This is a big turbo variant that was car 2516 out of the first 3000 produced for Homologation. It is finished in Arctic Gray sometimes referred to as Polaris Gray which is a rare color with 137 LHD examples made. Even more rare this Lux package car has no sunroof and AC. This car was built for the Spanish market and resided there its whole life. Its history is tracked to a man who owned the car from 1996-2007 where 2 brothers bought the car and owned it from 2007-2026. After speaking with one of the brothers for 2 years, I purchased the car in March 2026 and the car was imported in June 2026. The car received a full paint restoration in 2018 where it was disassembled to take care of common rust that can occur on these EU vehicles. Where most of these cars engines are altered with fueling, chips, and other mods, this engine is relatively stock. 15000 KM ago the engine was pulled out to update all the gaskets, seals, timing belt to fully restore it. It also features new blue silicone hoses, blow off valve, and an aftermarket wastegate. The factory T35 turbo compressor was modified to help it spool up 500rpm quicker. The car also features 18in compomotive wheels, GAZ coilovers, EBC brakes, and upgraded suspension bushings and engine mounts. All fluids have been changed and it features an upgraded street clutch. This car was never tracked or raced and was treated as a collector car.

I have imported 4 of these cars since 2021 and personally owned a white Big Turbo car for 5 years. This is one of the cleanest examples out there. These cars sell for 65K-100K+ Euros. Add in shipping, import fees/tariffs, title/registration, these are becoming more and more valuable.

The car resides here in Arizona with a clean Arizona Title and is Street Legal. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
