1994 Honda Civic EX

This is My Faithful Servant, and I don’t really want to sell, but am nearing the day when we will need to. This car has a tremendous amount of sentimental value to me. It has been meticulously cared for. Maintenance has been carefully kept track of and completed…. Every invoice is numbered, and in order and corresponds to a book for quick reference. As expected, after 32 years, it has some issues, but this is a gem of a vehicle.

It will be a project car for someone who wants to restore it.

What I know: there is rust on the body in a couple of places.

The a/c does not work.

The mileage is 100 percent accurate, but the speedometer quit working. It is separate from the odometer, and we have tested it to make sure. The tachometer also works perfectly.

The windshield wipers work, but the control for them on the right side of the steering wheel needs work.

The windows work, but are iffy, and we don’t use them. The sunroof works perfectly.

There is hail damage from 2008. The vehicle has to be at the right angle/light to see it, but it is there, and the vehicle was “totaled” because of it. The title does not say salvage.

It has had one fender bender at low speed in 1995, and a deer literally ran into the side of the vehicle on the front drivers side quarter panel (did not even break my cruise when he hit)…. Both were, of course, professionally repaired.

The windshield seal had a leak about 10 years ago, and to get it dry, the carpet has a cut in it on the passengers front floor board.
