1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R

We have a true modern Factory Lightweight with this limited production 1995 SVT Cobra R. Number 186 out of only 250, this survivor has only 378 miles showing on the odometer. Brilliant white paint and tan cloth interior is how all the examples came. Setting itself apart from the normal Cobra the R came equipped with a 5.8L V-8 mated to a Tremec 5 speed. To keep the larger engine fed they are also equipped with 20 gallon fuel cell and high flow fuel pump to match. Keeping things cool on track are an upgraded cooling system as well as a dedicated oil and power steering cooler. The Cobra R was also unique with a factory radio delete, back seat delete, A/C delete, manual windows, and a fiberglass cowl hood to fit the larger 5.8L. Stiffer suspension with adjustable Koni shocks were also standard fare for this street legal track car, along with a stronger set of brakes over a standard Mustang.

This example has a newer set of tires along with the originals that would go with the car that were swapped out by the previous owner. Also comes with original window sticker and original literature and owner material.
