Audi 2005 A4 S-Line Ultra Sport Quattro 6MT
Brief backstory:
I purchased the car with approximately 168,669 miles. It now currently has 174,543 miles. It pains me to let this car go for it has sentimental value but I know someone out there will appreciate it much more than I will. I am the 2nd owner. 1st owner had it for about 24 years. Car was purchased at Audi Lynnwood and was then sold to Audi Seattle. The 1st owner treated this car with care. I am an Audi enthusiast for I have grown up with Audis most my life. This is the first car I purchased. I have had it for a little over a year now and boy is it a lovely ride. I learned how to drive manual with this car. Very smooth and comfortable car to drive. The feature this car has for being a 25 year old vehicle is insane. Only reason I am selling it is because I recently purchased an B6 1.8T. I personally feel there is no need for me to own this car anymore since I prefer the 1.8T.
Service history:
I have the CarFax history from the previous owner if you are interested in knowing what service has been done. As for the service I have done, it has had 1 oil change since I have bought it for It has only been driven roughly 5-6k miles. A spark plug has been replaced due to a misfire. An O2 sensor has been replaced. Just last week, the timing belt, water pump, cam seals, and coolant reservoir have been replaced. When I purchased the car, it was already leaking coolant but would leak in moderation. I made note of it but drove it regularly. I recently decided it was time to make repairs and find it a new home. PLEASE NOTE. There is a check engine light as well as an ABS/ESP light on. There is also a reverse light bulb that is going out. I do plan on replacing this before I sell it. The check engine light is due to a failed catalytic converter. The ABS/ESP light is on due to brake module/sensor (I can look further into this if requested). These dash lights pose no threat to the vehicle whatsoever. I have had the car diagnosed by Audi Seattle and was told these are unnecessary repairs. What I have listed are the only “problems” with the car.
Features:
You can refer to the window sticker for all the specific details but I will note some of the favorite quirks about this car. This car is quipped with a naturally aspirated V6 3.0 liter engine. This car is also unique due to its trim package, the Ultra Sport. It is pretty rare to find an Ultra Sport let alone paired with a 6 speed manual transmission. The ocean blue pearl effect paint is just beautiful. You get RS6 wheels also with sport air caps. The animation the lights perform when starting up the car is just awesome. Both headlights/taillights will flicker. Not to mention, this car has the B6 S4 body kit. As for the inside, you get memory seating. A compass on the rear view mirror. An aftermarket stereo (bluetooth included) which includes a backup camera. AC works exceptional. Blows both hot and cold air. Heated seats. Automatic side mirror control. PLEASE NOTE. Some flaws include, loose sun visor on driver side, loose arm rest storage, as well as loose glove box. Some cracking on the leather. A rock chip/crack on windshield. There is also a strange humming noise that comes from the passenger side air vents. It’s pretty quiet but may be annoying to some, I personally do not mind since it causes no harm to the vehicle. Other than what I have noted, this car is in immaculate shape.
Conclusion:
Although selling this car will sadden me, I know one of you out there will cherish and love this car. If you have any questions about the car, please shoot me a text for I will be more than happy to answer questions. I can provide more information as well as more photos for those who are serious about buying. I do not wish to waste anyone’s time as well as my own. I do not plan on driving this car much for I want it to be in the best condition possible. Thank you!
