2005 Mazda Mazdaspeed MX-5 Miata

2005 MX5 MSM Velocity Red…excellent condition showing just over 40K miles on the odometer. Mostly original with a few simple additions, i.e. …I replaced the OEM sun visors with the earlier split type version giving better access to the soft top latches; I added PIAA wipers along with the “fan” style wash nozzles (FM); the OEM horn was replaced with a 3rd Millennium “air-horn” (handy when your commute is 37 miles of deer country); LED dome light (Diode Dynamic) w/the LED footwell lighting (Moss Miata); LED license plate/trunk and lenses replaced (Diode Dynamic/Dorman); LED corner lights (FM); hood lift kit (FM) which eliminates the need to use the hood prop. Mechanically, the car is original with all systems working as expected. I replaced the “long-term” fluids (trans, diff) with RedLine synthetic (FM), while the short-term fluids were NAPA Gold synthetic products (locally purchased). Also, I recently had a ceramic coating professionally installed at a local shop I trust and have used for years. The wheels/tires are also in great condition with a tire date code of “4312”. Currently, I own six Miatas and have made these slight changes to each, and in every case I have retained the OEM items.
