FRAME OFF CUSTOM REBUILD OF SUPERLITE SL-C CHASSIS #2

1. New Chevrolet LT5 engine with ECU’S, wiring harness, controls, drive system

2. Rebuild Ricardo 6 speed transaxle to replace oil pump, bearings, 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer,
seals

3. Rebuild twin disc clutch with custom Kevlar discs

4. Engineer and build one off flywheel to adapt transaxle to LT5 engine

5. New clutch throw-out bearing

6. Upgrade half shafts to new heavier shafts and CV joints with upgraded heavy-duty bearings with
highest strength bolts to connect yoke and half shaft

7. New upgrade to Superlite racing rear uprights

8. New upgrade to Superlite racing hubs front and rear

9. New upgrade to heavy-duty spindle bearings front

10. New ball joints front and rear

11. Rebuild Brembo 6 piston calipers front and rear with seals, springs, pins

12. New Brembo slotted, vented, floating rotors front and rear

13. Ferodo pads front and rear

14. Inspect and replace hyme joints as needed

15. Replace all bolts, using stainless steel bolts, washers, nuts except where grade 8 are required

16. New upgraded heavy duty steering column

17. New NRG quick release hub

18. New MOMO steering wheel with color matching highlights

19. New Infinity wiring harness system

20. New stainless steel coolant tubing running front to rear in rocker panels

21. New coolant hoses
