Audi R8 V10 GT - Spyder - Type 42 (2012 to 2012)

The Audi R8 GT Spyder was a limited production, open top variant of the Type 42 R8 that was offered for the 2012 model year. The GT Spyder featured a fixed rear wing, as well as front winglets to help distinguish it from a standard model, but the greatest change is the tuned V10 combined with over 85kg in weight reduction. This 5.2L V10 had an output of 552hp and 398 lb ft of torque which was sent to all four wheels through a 6 speed automatic transmission. Just a total of 333 examples of the Audi R8 GT Spyder were built before the end of production in 2012.
