Dallara Daytona Prototypes (2008 to 2013)

Dallara Daytona Prototypes, produced from 2008 to 2013, were sports prototype race cars built by Dallara for the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series. The main model was the Dallara DP01 (2008–2013), a second-generation Daytona Prototype developed after Dallara acquired Doran Racing’s prototype program. Powered by various Ford, Chevrolet, Pontiac, and later Corvette-spec V8 engines, the DP01 became known for its speed, durability, and success in American endurance racing. Only four original DP01 chassis were produced, with several later updated into Corvette Daytona Prototype specifications for Grand-Am and IMSA competition.
