Dallara Indy (1997 to 2026)

Dallara Indy cars, produced from 1997 to the present, are the single-seaters built by Dallara for the Indy Racing League and later the IndyCar Series. The lineup began with the IR7 (1997) and continued through the IR9, IR11, IR12, IR05, and IR07, followed by the modern DW12 (2012–present). Powered first by naturally aspirated V8 engines and later by twin-turbocharged V6 units, Dallara Indy cars are known for speed, safety, and their central role in top-level American open-wheel racing.
