The Fiat 1500 was a series of streamlined cars first introduced in 1935. Available as sedans or cabriolets, the 1500 was one of the first production cars to feature aerodynamically inspired styling tested in a wind tunnel. Powered by a 1.5L inline six engine, the 1500 was also sold as a chassis, so it is common to see coachbuilt examples. Production of the Fiat 1500 ended in 1950. The 1935-1950 Fiat 1500 is not to be confused with the 1961-1967 Fiat 1500.
