Built-in 1965 by Fiat, the 625 was a light-medium class truck. The 625 was a direct replacement for the 615. The initial truck featured a two-door cab. The truck was a workhorse converted and used as a van and a bus. It was equipped with a compact diesel inline-four engine and had drive to the rear wheels. The 625 was replaced by the OM 40 in 1972.
