GMC Suburban - 6th Gen (1967 to 1972)

The sixth generation GMC Suburban was introduced for the 1967 model year. The sixth generation Suburban was offered as a three door SUV and was an upmarket version of the Chevrolet Suburban. The unique three door layout had a front and rear passenger door, but on the drivers side, it only featured a single door. Through production, a wide range of inline six, V6, and V8 engine options were available on the sixth generation Suburban, which was built until 1972, when it was replaced by the Seventh Generation GMC Suburban.
