The International Harvester D-Series was a family of light pickup trucks introduced for the 1969 model year.  The D-Series was also known as the 'Light Line,' and was the successor to the International Harvester C-Series. This family of pickups was offered in a variety of sizes and capacities, with the initial models sold under 1000D, 1100D, 1200D, 1300D, and 1500D names, with the 1500D being the largest offering. In 1971, the model names dropped the D from their name, and added a '10' resulting in the 1010, 1110, 1210, etc. For the 1974 model year, the naming convention was changed again, with the 100, 150, 200, and 500 being the models available. These trucks were powered by a range of V8 engines, as well as a few inline six units, all of which were available with automatic or manual transmissions. Production of the International Harvester D-Series ended in 1975.
