Land Rover Defender Classic 90 NAS Hard Top (1993 to 1997)

The Land Rover 90 NAS Hard Top (North American Spec) was a variant of the Land Rover Classic Defender 90 available starting for the 1993 model year. Built to comply with the North American and Canadian regulations the Defender 90 NAS Hard Top was highly modified from its European sibling, including factory air conditioning. Offered with a removable hard top, the Defender 90 NAS was at first just available in a soft top body style and powered by a 3.9L V8 petrol engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. For the 1997 - last year of production - the Defender 90 NAS was updated to a 4.0L V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission.
