The second evolution of the LaSalle to be introduced was the Series 328, which debuted for the 1929 model year. Like its predecessor, the Series 303, the Series 328 was named for the displacement of its V8 engine. The 328 cubic inch (5.4L) V8 unit was created for the LaSalle, and generated 85hp which it sent to the rear wheels via a 3 speed manual transmission. A wide range of open and closed body styles were offered for the Series 328, including tourer, phaeton, convertible, and sedan. The LaSalle Series 328 was only available for the 1929 model year, and was replaced by the LaSalle Series 340.
Q: What years was the LaSalle Series 328 sold?
