Mazda Roadster Coupe (2004 to 2004)

The Mazda Roadster Coupe was a limited production variant of the NB generation Mazda Miata MX-5 made with a fixed top, available only for the Japanese domestic market. All other Miata's were made with a convertible top. Approximately 179 cars were made in 4 trim levels: 'standard' (53), Type-S (63), Type-A (50), and Type-E (10). The 'standard' version got a 1.6 liter engine powering the rear via a 5-speed manual transmission. The Type-E was equipped with a 4-speed automatic. The Type-S and the Type-A were equiped with a 1.8 liter and a 6-speed manual transmission.
