Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Coupe - C197 (2013 to 2014)

When Mercedes-Benz launched the second evolution of the SLS AMG, known as the GT, they offered it in both Coupe and Roadster body styles. Introduced for the 2013 model year, the GT Coupe was the hardtop variant and was equipped with dramatic gullwing doors. The GT featured Mercedes' handbuilt M159 naturally aspirated V8 engine. The 6.2L unit fitted to the GT produced 583hp, sending its power to a rear mounted seven speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission. Production of the GT Coupe lasted until 2014, when it was replaced by the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition Coupe.
